Price includes what?
Some breeders will only place the puppy. At the absolute least, a responsible and ethical Doberman breeder should include the following in the price:
- Healthy Doberman puppy
- Veterinary examination
- Puppy’s updated medical record booklet
- At least 1 sets of vaccination
- At least 1 worming
- CKC registration
- Puppy’s 4-generation purebred pedigree
- CKC-registered microchip
- Ears ALREADY cropped (if home wanted it that way)
- Tail docked & dew-claws removed
- Minimum one-week food supply (same as pre-placement food)
- Full placement contract (pet or show) including:
- Specific health guarantees
- Confirmation that health testings were produced
- Lifetime breeder support
